exactly what we needed

I was attempting to teach my kiddo how to use the stove, and they hulked the old knob off before I could instruct them to press it in before turning. Good first attempt, but at the cost of the knob, God rest its soul. The replacement knob is perfect, but it will take some time to properly diminish its brand-new shine with coordinating grease and sauce stains for the coordinating set. 5 stars

Customer service?

I have been trying to get ahold of someone at Virginia Supply for about a week and half. After 3 emails and two phone calls (all within their posted business hours) and have yet to hear from anyone. So you can imagine my surprise when I received this email asking me to review them and have yet to have a response to my previous emails to their help desk.

We responded to both a message through the store contact form on 7/18 and an email from the customer on 7/23 with no response from the customer to our replies.
