The one that came with the dishwasher had grooves on each side of every compartment and it was impossible to get all the silverware in it and harder to get the silverware out after a wash cycle. I think this comment would be well worth making sure the designers read that. I believe this is my fourth Bosch dishwasher and I wouldn't buy anything but Bosch.

Quality of product was the best, better than original so kudos to the redesign whirlpool. Also, iI paid a bit extra for it to get here faster, 2-3 days projected to arrive on a Wednesday ordering it on a Saturday. I was satisfied with paying the extra $10 bucks, seemed reasonable as I used to work for USPS. The part ended up being here by that Monday! On time delivery and easy installation

The new Bosh silverware basket was way too small and loading on the top shelf was a pain. Getting the second basket solved the problem

Ordered the switch assembly, looked around and they were overpriced till found Virginia service supply, price was decent and part fits perfectly, now on able to use the exhaust fan and lights
